UV LCD Dental Model
Our UV LCD Dental Model resin has been formulated to create high resolution dental models on the Liquid Crystal Dental 3D printer. This resin has been developed in conjunction with dental technologists to derive an optimal color, feel and working characteristics. Ideal for orthodontic, study and working models. The prints show minimal shrinkage with >90% of scanned models exhibiting a tolerance of +/- 60µm across the bed. Printed dental parts exhibit extremely high tensile properties and hardness, allowing for their use as a working model or a vacuum forming model. Dental model resin provides excellent print performance on the LC Dental printer range, allowing you to print dry dental models with crisp detail.

Glossary of Key Terms
Tensile strength: Ability for an object to withstand pulling (tensile) force. Measured in units of force per cross-sectional area.
% elongation: How much an object can be stretched from its original shape.
Young’s Modulus: How much force is needed to stretch an object.
Flexural Strength: Ability to resist deformation under load.
Flexural Modulus: Measurement of an objects resistance to bend when force is applied (bend modulus).
HDT: Temperature at which a plastic deforms under heat.
